From July 2018, I have been teaching Violin, Viola, Chamber Music and Music Appreciation at the University of North Georgia.
I also teach in diverse summer academies included the GT Oxford Program, and I am regularly invited to lead Masterclasses.
From July 2020 I am the violin faculty at HEART MUSIC, a non profit that makes music education accessible to all communities in Athens-Clarke County and beyond, and increase students’ chances for success in life through high quality musical instruction.
I have a variety of teaching and research interests.
I have been conducting research on a practice method extrapolated from solo repertoire. I recently studied the Violin Concerto by Sibelius, and wrote technique exercises designed to simplify its practice process.
Here, you can download a free copy of my Method that explains and shows all the etudes I created.
In 2019 and 2020, with a team of UNG instructors I worked on a new open-access music appreciation textbook. Here, you can download a free copy of the Book.
